This training is designed for Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, and Power Yoga teacherswho want to expand their teaching repertoire, refresh their sequencing, and learn how to challenge students in ways that feel clear, effective, and motivating.
Led by Morgan Zion, a Seattle-based yoga teacher and internationally recognized teacher trainer, this training draws from Morgan’s experience leading international teacher trainings and teaching power yoga at top studios across the United States. Morgan is known for creative, intelligent power sequencing that builds strength, heat, and flow while remaining accessible and easy for students to understand.
In this training, you’ll learn how to:
- Create clear, powerful class structures from warm-up to peak;
- Design creative sequences that challenge students without overwhelming them;
- Layer strength, heat, and flow in a way students can feel and follow;
- Progress students safely within a single class and over time;
- Increase student confidence, enthusiasm, and long-term retention.
This is a practical, hands-on teacher training focused on real-world teaching skills you can apply immediately. You’ll leave with ready-to-use class frameworks, fresh sequencing ideas, and a stronger understanding of how to teach power yoga classes that keep students engaged and coming back for more.
