Nat Reynolds
Natalie is deeply passionate about the transformative benefits of yoga. She
has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2009, bringing over two
decades of personal experience and a thoughtful, embodied approach to her
classes.
Natalie completed her Level One and Two Teacher Training with the Byron
Yoga Centre in 2009 and holds a Certificate in Prenatal Yoga Teacher
Training for Conscious Birthing with Janice Clarfield. Her teaching is strongly
influenced by her ongoing studies with Clive Sheridan, whose work integrates
powerful pranayama practices with Advaita Vedanta and Tantra philosophy. In
2022, Natalie undertook Yoga Therapy training with The Yoga Therapy
Institute in Sydney, and more recently has explored Taoist Energetics with
Tahnee Taylor.
Her classes emphasise breath awareness, intelligent sequencing, and
relaxation, weaving flowing asana with moments of stillness. Natalie values
safety, correct alignment, and accessibility, while honouring the flow and
artistry of yoga. She encourages students to tune deeply into the needs of
their own bodies, creating classes that are balanced, inclusive, and supportive
of every body.
Natalie has taught yoga across Brisbane, Newcastle, and Maitland, and has
facilitated Ayurveda and Women’s Health modules for the Byron Yoga
Centre’s Level One and Two teacher training programs. Alongside her yoga
teaching, she holds a Bachelor degree in Medical Radiation Technology and
continues to work as a Radiographer, informing her strong anatomical
awareness and therapeutic approach. Natalie hopes to return to India in the
near future to continue her studies in yoga therapy.
