The 40 Days to Personal Revolution involves:
6 yoga practices a week (4 at the studio, 2 at home);
Cleansing diet and nutritional guidance;
Support from our senior teachers
Weekly meetings with your fellow "40 Dayers" - get together and share your experiences.
Total immersion is the key to transformation.
Why 40 Days?
Forty days is the time it takes to build an entirely new set of habits and train and rewire your mind and body. This program is built from a foundation of commitment and is designed to create, piece by piece, new practices and commitments that propel you into lasting transformation of your body and your life.
What will I gain?
The 40 Days To Personal Revolution program allows participants to make the positive shifts they have been desiring in their lives. It's a transformational journey. It will strengthen, open and cleanse your body, clear your mind and change your relationship to food in a way that creates whole-life health instead of quick fixes. It will allow you shift your priorities and live according to your values. You'll find the time for the things that matter most to you and being the change you want to see in your life.
Weekly community meetings are held every Saturday at 5.30pm (after the 4pm class).
Each week you will focus on a different theme:
Week 1 - 'Presence'
Focus on being fully present in your body, mind and life.
Week 2 - 'Vitality'
You don't have to go somewhere exotic to rejuvenate. Vitality can be found in each moment of our lives.
Week 3 - 'Equanimity'
There are many things we cannot change. Don't fight them! Accept them.
Week 4 - 'Restoration'
The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it. As you begin to transform, you are better able to take time for the things that restore you. *Optional fruit fast this week.
Week 5 - 'Centering'
This week is about learning to stay intuitively grounded. Relax and be present to everything in your life, big and small.
Week 6 - 'Triumph'
With the completion of the 40 Days to Personal Revolution find triumph in remaining open and transforming!
