Hot Power Yoga

Looking for balance? Yin Yoga gently works the body’s connective tissue through a series of slow, deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine and lower back.
Yin and Yang Yoga
Whilst power yoga energises and clarifies us, yin yoga centres and rejuvenates us; integrated into a flowing practice, they create a strong and flexible body and a calm mind.
Sports Joint Release
If you can’t move well, you can’t play your sport well. As a surfer, runner or dynamic athlete flexibility, energy flow and ease of movement are truly important for speed, agility and injury prevention.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
Mums & Bubs Yoga is a fantastic way to look after yourself after the birth of your baby. These classes focus on yoga postures specifically designed for the postnatal months by helping your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way.
Prenatal Yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and of your rapidly growing baby. Take the time to indulge yourself and prepare your body with gently stretching, strengthening, breath work and relaxation in a supportive environment.
Chakra Meditation takes you on an extraordinary journey through the chakras, exploring your body's' subtle energy centres in the brain and spine that regulate the physical, emotional and psychic flows of energy through the body.
Master Teachers provide expert guidance in yoga discipline, they teach with the sole aim of showing students how to access poses by breaking them down into components, making the what seems impossible possible. Students and teachers consider Master Classes one of the most effective means of yoga and personal development.
Frontline Yoga is free class offered to those who care, protect and serve the rest of us on the frontline - our current and former Police Officers, Fire fighters, Paramedics, Defence Force Members, Medical professionals
