Chloe Thorogood has been teaching yoga in schools and studios for over two decades. She is a registered E-RYT® 500 senior teacher with Yoga Alliance and has taught extensively on yoga teacher training programs both nationally and internationally. Chloe’s yoga journey has taken her to India, the UK, and Australia, where she has studied with renowned teachers and deepened her understanding of the rich traditions of yoga. She is a passionate advocate for yoga as a holistic lifestyle and as a powerful tool for supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing. In her classes, Chloe weaves together asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yogic philosophy, creating an experience that nurtures both body and mind. Known for her lighthearted and playful approach, she invites students to explore their practice with curiosity and compassion, encouraging them to find ease, comfort, and joy in their bodies and in the moment.
