“I come from a gymnastics background and floor was always my favorite element - I love putting movements together that just flow effortlessly and work well together, I feel as though it keeps our mental chatter at bay - a true moving meditation.

I love to focus on being present with body sensations, breath and alignment, it helps us to explore our inner world and calm our nervous system inside as well as outside of the yoga studio. You will also likely find a juicy balancing sequence in most of my classes, allowing us to focus on our breath and be present - balancing also keeps us humble 😉.”
