“I have always loved sport and physical activity, drawn to both team and individual movement for the physical, mental, and emotional benefits they provide.

I began practising Bikram yoga in Canberra in 2011, initially to support my body for playing football and to assist with fertility. While the physical benefits were clear, it was the mental challenge of the practice that surprised me most. That unexpected mental resilience and focus became something I deeply valued and continues to influence how I approach movement and yoga today.

After completing my yoga teacher training in 2019, yoga became a deeper personal journey—supporting my healing and growth as I worked through PTSD following my time as a firefighter.

Alongside my work as a stevedore, I teach yoga and continue to develop my skills as a movement coach and personal trainer. I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, mindful movement, and meditation, having experienced firsthand how powerful these practices can be.”
