During this 4 week course, Beth will introduce you to the essential foundations of a healthy vinyasa yoga practice. At its core, Yoga is the practice of cultivating and refining ones attention through establishing an inward focus. As teachers, looking to develop our personal practice of mind, body and breath, we felt a little stagnated without any real ‘advanced’ classes up here in Newcastle. So we decided to create this, once monthly, 90 minute session encompassing all aspects of yoga.
