Cacao Consumption
Please let us know before attending if you are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Sensitive to caffeine or stimulants
- Taking antidepressants or other mood-altering medications
- On blood thinning medication or have heart problems.
- This allows us to adjust your cacao serving appropriately and ensure your comfort and wellbeing.
- The caffeine content is about the same as a black tea.

Things to consider bringing to make yourself comfy:
Blanket, eye pillow, wear comfy clothes, journal if you'd like to do reflection.
Feel free to bring your own mug to enjoy your cacao from.
