Description
This is an 8-week closed group yoga course for 10–15 participants
Commences Wednesday 29th July - 16th September 4pm - 5.20pm weekly sessions (payment includes all 8 sessions)
No prior yoga experience required
The course is designed for anyone curious about yoga as a tool to support mental health, an invitation for self-exploration, not a promise of transformation.
Facilitated by Chloë Thorogood (she/her) Senior yoga teacher with 20+ years of practice and teaching experience, passionate about yoga as a tool for human wellbeing.
About Chloë (she/her)
I am a senior yoga teacher and high school educator with over 20 years of experience practising and sharing yoga across studios, teacher trainings, and community organisations. I am a passionate student of yoga, committed to sharing it as a resource to support the complexities of being human. Outside of yoga, I love being in nature, cooking, dancing, and reading.
