Arm Balances & Inversions | Sunday, February 8
This workshop is for anyone who wants to build confidence upside down — whether you’re working toward your first arm balance or refining the ones you already practice, like crow, headstand, forearm stand, and handstand to name a few.
Taught by Morgan Zion, a Seattle-based teacher known for clear, strength-based progressions and part of the YogaBodyWorks community since 2016, this workshop breaks arm balances and inversions into simple, logical steps that actually make sense. You’ll work on:
Strength and mobility prep that supports your goals
How weight shift and core engagement really work
Safer ways to enter, exit, and fall
Progressions you can practice on your own
You don’t need to “be good” at arm balances — you just need curiosity and willingness to learn. Open to all levels. Modifications and challenges provided.
