Morgan Zion, Seattle-based teacher and long-time YogaBodyWorks trainer since 2016, leads this practical training for teachers who want hands-on assists that are clear, ethical, and actually useful. You’ll learn:

• Exactly when assists add value (and when they don’t)

• How to ask for and receive clear consent

• Simple, effective assists for strength, stability, and awareness

• How to assist without over-correcting or taking control

This is hands-on, skill-based, and immediately applicable to your teaching.
