This training is for anyone who wants to get stronger, move smarter, and understand how to use weights in yoga — safely and effectively.
Led by Morgan Zion, Seattle-based yoga teacher and trainer who has been teaching and training with YogaBodyWorks since 2016, this two-day training teaches her Sculpt & Flow method: a blend of yoga, strength training, and intelligent sequencing using light weights.
You’ll learn:
How to integrate weights without losing flow
How to sequence strength-based yoga classes
How to train your own body progressively
For teachers: how to cue, structure, and teach these classes.
Whether you want to expand your teaching skills or simply want a smarter, stronger practice, this training gives you tools you can use immediately. No teaching experience required.
This is a 2 DAY TRAINING - 8 hours in total:
14/2 Saturday: 1 to 5pm
15/2 Sunday: 11am to 3pm
$190.00 for the full training.
Dumbbells will be provided for the training.
