“I’m Kellie and I have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for over 8 years.
I began practicing in the Iyengar lineage, so I appreciate form, alignment, and technique; however, I have experienced and appreciate many other yoga styles. In my classes, I aim to combine movement, breath, and philosophy to help people to find release and integration on the mat.
When I'm not teaching or practicing yoga, I am teaching at university or coaching private clients.”
