Prenatal Yoga classes are held twice a week, Wednesday 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM in our Zen Den (opposite Studio reception door). Prenatal classes are NOT conducted in a hot room. No bookings required!

Prenatal yoga classes combine gentle stretching and strengthening, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation and the sharing of knowledge and experience. You will be encouraged to tap into your vast inner resources. Learn to create a conscious connection with your body that facilitates greater clarity, peace and acceptance. We want to give you and your partner the inspiration to give birth as naturally and actively as possible, reducing the need for medical interventions. Practicing prenatal yoga will give you strength and courage to navigate through the incredible changes brought about by motherhood.
