Prenatal Yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and of your rapidly growing baby. Take the time to indulge yourself and prepare your body with gently stretching, strengthening, breath work and relaxation in a supportive environment.

Join our prenatal yoga classes and enjoy the benefits of a prenatal yoga practice and the support of our community. Learn how to safely modify your existing yoga practice throughout the different stages of your pregnancy. No previous experience necessary. Suitable from second trimester.

Prenatal Yoga classes are held twice a week, Wednesday 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM in our Zen Den (opposite Studio reception door). Prenatal classes are NOT conducted in a hot room. No bookings required!

Prenatal yoga classes are a wonderful and very natural complement to pregnancy, providing gentle exercise and a preparation for the breath and mind for delivery and beyond. 

What is Prenatal Yoga?

Prenatal yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and of your rapidly growing baby. Prenatal yoga classes combine gentle stretching and strengthening, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation and the sharing of knowledge and experience. You will be encouraged to tap into your vast inner resources. Learn to create a conscious connection with your body that facilitates greater clarity, peace and acceptance. We want to give you and your partner the inspiration to give birth as naturally and actively as possible, reducing the need for medical interventions. Practicing prenatal yoga will give you strength and courage to navigate through the incredible changes brought about by motherhood.
