New to Yoga?
Are you new to yoga?
Here at YogaBodyWorks Newcastle we remember what it was like to take our first steps on our yoga journey. A downward what ? Put your foot where ? How hot is it?!
When you start practicing yoga it is normal to feel challenged, however you will find that your body will adapt very quickly. It will start to feel more open. You will feel calmer, stronger and more flexible. You may notice that you are handling stress a little better, eating a little better and sleeping a little deeper.
How much is it?
Our 10-Day intro pass is perfect to get you started. It's just $20, and for 10 (consecutive) days you can attend as many classes as you like. We have a range of membership options so once your Introductory Pass has expired speak to one of our front desk staff who will help you work out what the best deal is for you.
You can find our class schedules here
