Have you heard people rave about yoga but never had the confidence to try? Are you unsure about alignment? Do you want to know how yoga should feel in YOUR body? Then the YogaBodyWorks Beginner's Course is for you!
Feel more comfortable in your body, stabilise your weight, support your immune system, build stamina, balance your hormones, improve digestion, circulation and metabolism and discover a greater sense of wellbeing.
Learn the building blocks of the yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment
- Thursdays, 5.30pm - 7pm.
- The course costs $200 and includes a workbook
- The studio will supply all the equipment you need
During this six week course we will explore yoga poses, from the basic and grounding to the energising and opening. We'll show you the building blocks for each of these poses, help you adjust them to your body, teach you how to breathe and give you the tools to cultivate stillness in this moving meditation.
Classes are capped at 16 people, with two teachers at every class to ensure personal attention. All classes are held in an unheated room.
