During this insightful talk Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner, Amy Landry, will take you through the fundamental principles of Ayurveda in a way that is easy to understand and practically useful. You will learn about daily routine, the Ayurvedic approach to food, the connection to the seasons, and about your own constitution (and also why knowing it is often overemphasised!). No prior knowledge or experience required.
