Yoga for Tweenies & Tweens


During our Wild Child Yoga classes for kids, we introduce Tweens & Teens to the ancient energy systems of the body & core yogic principles like gratitude, contentment, non-attachment, self -love, self-belief, & respect. 

We use a combination of Hatha & Yin yoga poses as we cleverly weave in the teaching of the 8 limbs of yoga & how they can be applied to everyday life.

We look at needs v wants, & feeling of joy, love, fear, worry & more. 

We strengthen & stretch the body & the mind! 

Each term our classes have specific themes helping students learn the yoga poses but also how to live a yogic lifestyle. 

The intention of these classes is to encourage children to learn to be their true awesome selves on & off the mat. 

Term 3 Mindfulness Meditation - Movement introduces students to the practice of meditation, what mindfulness is as well as a combination of yin/yang movement.

These classes are facilitated by Sarah Truman. Sarah is a certified Yoga Teacher who also specialises in Kids Yoga. Sarah holds an advanced Kids Yoga certification plus is certified in Kids Yoga Therapy.

Course is $140 for a 10-week term

Starts Oct 15th - Mondays 4pm

Classes are limited to 10-12 students
