Do you know how to stretch properly?
Bob Carroll will guide us through a Workshop for many people in need to learn how to really stretch.
In Bob's words:
"This is a unique opportunity to learn how to stretch effectively. All stretching is good, as long as it's safe. We will be looking the body for imbalances, differences between left & right, front & back.
This is a Workshop about You. Office worker, sports person, golfer, bike rider, walker, runner, IT professional, coach, personal trainer, Yogi or Yoga Teacher.
In today's society we are all suffering with some kind of pain: neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, sciatic etc..This Workshops will address it all."
A 3 hour Workshop, where you will be using props such as a chair, blocks and bolsters.
August 13th, Sunday.
10am-13:15pm (including 15 minutes break with tea and a delicious vegan cake)
