Ever wondered more about yin yoga? Wondered why you hold these poses for so long? Have you been curious to learn more about using props in class? Maybe you'd just like to develop a home practice of yin?

This is an opportunity to get answers to these and any other yin yoga questions. Yin yoga is a hugely popular and rapidly growing style of yoga, perhaps largely in response to our yang-dominant culture, where busyness and sleeplessness reign supreme.

What you will learn:

-Understand the difference between yin and yang styles of yoga practice
-Understand the nature of yin practice and the class environment
-Fluency in an array of yin yoga postures and variations
-Feel and appreciate the use of props in yin yoga practice
-Understand basic movement patterns of the body and how to craft an intelligent home-based sequence
